Refund Policy

If you change your mind before your handover session takes place and before the system has been duplicated to you, contact us and we will refund your purchase in full.

Once the system has been duplicated and transferred into your ownership, the product has been delivered in full and refunds are not available.

This is because you receive the entire system — every page, workflow, record structure and dashboard — at the moment of transfer.

If any part of your system does not work as described, tell us. We will fix it. Setup support is included through your launch.

Most concerns come from a step in the launch path not being completed, and we can resolve those with you directly.

AI system tokens and hosting of roughly $25–$100 USD a month are paid directly to the platform provider, not to Alive24.

Those fees are billed by Lovable and are not refundable by us. Manage or cancel them in your own Lovable account.
