The person behind Alive24, who spent 25 years running businesses solo

About Alive24 — 25 years in the making

Built from every hour I wished I had back.

Alive24 was not dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built after 25 years of running businesses, building brands, launching websites, leading teams, delivering programs to more than 20,000 people — and being let down, ripped off and burnt out enough times to finally build the system I could never buy.

Hospitality management. Systems and teams. Business development and marketing. The birth of the web. 150+ websites. Google Ads and SEO. A world-recognised holistic wellness and mental-health retreat brand. Luxury hospitality consulting. Online programs. Coaching solo operators. Same story in every single one of them.

The map: started here, ended here

Every seat I sat in taught me the same lesson.

Eight chapters, one repeating problem. Follow the road and you will see your own business somewhere on it.

  1. The startChapter 1

Hospitality management — systems, teams and operational leadership

I made my money early on doing what most people avoid: building systems, running rosters, holding standards and leading big teams through busy seasons. I learned that a business does not run on talent. It runs on structure, follow-up and visibility.

    The pain

    • Standards slipped the second I stopped watching
    • SOPs existed on paper and nowhere else
    • Every answer required asking a person

Lesson: if you cannot see it, it is not happening.

  2. NextChapter 2

    Business development and marketing

I moved from operations into growth: relationships, pipelines, follow-up, proposals, partnerships. Selling was never the hard part. Keeping every lead, quote and promise from falling through the cracks was.

    The pain

    • Leads sitting in notebooks, inboxes and someone's head
    • Follow-up depending entirely on my memory
    • No single place to see what was actually won or lost

Revenue lost to nothing more than disconnection.

  3. The internet arrivesChapter 3

I was there when the web was born — and moved everything online

When the internet arrived I saw immediately that everything we did in person could be done digitally, at scale. So I taught myself. Every website builder that has ever existed, I have tried it and used it. I have built more than 150 websites for myself and for other people.

    The pain

    • Weeks of nights lost to building and rebuilding sites
    • Every builder promising easy and delivering another learning curve
    • Paying developers who did not understand the business

Thousands of hours on work that now takes 24 hours.

  4. ThenChapter 4

Google Ads and SEO became my niche

When Google Ads launched and SEO became the game, I went deep. I learned how to get found, how to write copy that converts, how to design something people trust. For years that was my edge — and my second full-time job on top of running the business.

    The pain

    • Content, ads, SEO and social all living in different tools
    • Agencies charging monthly for work I could see was thin
    • Marketing stopping dead the moment client work got busy

Marketing only happened when I had energy left over. Which was never.

  5. PurposeChapter 5

I built a world-recognised holistic wellness and mental-health retreat brand

I turned my purpose into a business: a globally recognised brand for holistic wellness and mental-health retreats, running in multiple locations around the world. Beautiful work. Brutal operations. Multiple locations, multiple teams, multiple currencies, one person holding it all together.

    The pain

    • Bookings, payments, guests and staff spread across a dozen apps
    • Never able to hand over the website or marketing — I had been burnt too many times
    • Growth meaning more coordination, not more freedom

The more it succeeded, the less life I had.

  6. ScaleChapter 6

Luxury hospitality consulting and large team leadership

I consulted into luxury hospitality, running and rebuilding large teams and operations. And in every single business I walked into — mine, my clients', my friends' — I found the same thing: work spread across disconnected apps, nobody accountable, and an owner working ten hours a day to hold it together.

    The pain

    • Staff members taking advantage because I was too busy to notice
    • No agreement or SOP able to replace actual visibility
    • Disconnected apps making it impossible to see who did what, where and when

The number of times I have been ripped off is insane. Every time, the cause was the same: no system watching.

  7. DeliveryChapter 7

Online programs delivered to more than 20,000 people

I built and delivered online programs to over 20,000 people, with the social content, launches and marketing behind them. It worked. It also meant I was the content team, the support team, the onboarding team, the billing team and the person delivering the work.

    The pain

    • Onboarding, content and support glued together manually
    • Every launch rebuilt from scratch
    • Delivery quality riding on my personal capacity

Scale on the outside. Burnout on the inside.

  8. The last strawChapter 8

Coaching solo operators — and being blocked by the same broken system

I coached solo wellness operators to launch their own brands, and built a small agency to do the delivery for them. I could not help those people properly, because the people on the team let me down. Not because they were bad. Because nothing connected them, tracked them or kept them honest.

    The pain

    • Great clients under-served because of other people's dropped balls
    • My reputation resting on work I could not see
    • Burnout — again. More times than I can count.

That was the moment the question would not go away: why is there not one system that solves all of this?

Sound familiar?

Tell Solomon where your business hurts. It will show you exactly what changes.

Five minutes of conversation, no forms, no sales pitch.

The core problem nobody says out loud

The real issue was never the work. It was that people cannot be trusted — and nothing was watching.

I am deeply technical. I can build anything, launch anything, fix anything. I have coached some of the most outstanding executives in the world on how to do the same inside their companies. So this is not a story about one small business that could not get organised.

It is a story about the same failure repeating everywhere I looked. Work spread across a dozen apps. Nobody accountable. No trail. And people — good people and bad people — quietly doing less than they said, because there was nothing to show otherwise.

What I love most about this system is simple: it keeps everyone honest. Every job, message, quote, payment and follow-up is tracked in one place, 24 hours a day. Not by a person. By a system that has no bad days and no reason to lie.

One system. One trail. Everyone stays honest.

Burnouts

Too many to count

Every single one caused by holding a disconnected business together with my own hands.

People trusted wrongly

More than I want to admit

Not because I chose badly. Because I had no system keeping an eye on the work.

Before

10 hours a day

Admin before clients. Admin after clients. Admin instead of sleep.

Now

10 minutes a day

Same business. One connected system. That is not a sales line — that is my actual day.

A solo business owner surrounded by disconnected apps, notifications and admin

The turning point

Then AI arrived — and for the first time the system could keep up with my brain.

Alive24 started as a team management and scheduling system for a business with 40 staff. As AI matured I realised something far bigger: the same technology could run and manage enormous parts of a business without an army of people behind it.

Not just faster. Not just cheaper. Better structure, better follow-up, better communication — built by a machine that tracks everything 24 hours a day, never sleeps, never needs a holiday, and can be trusted because it is not a person.

What used to take weeks or months now takes minutes or hours.
One connected system running attract, sell, deliver and money for a solo business
A business owner free to focus on the work they love while the system runs

The result

From 10 hours a day to 10 minutes a day.

Before: 10 hours a day Now: 10 minutes a day

Once the system was running, the change was not incremental. It was ridiculous. The business that used to eat my days now needs minutes of oversight.

And the point was never the time saved. It was what the time bought back: getting out of the daily grind, living a life of purpose, being with family, using my actual skills — and the freedom that money brings.

Because let us be honest: this all comes down to wealth, and wealth solves a lot of problems. You can do what you love and make good money from it — but not if the system itself is killing you.

Out of the daily grind

The admin runs itself. You show up for the work only you can do.

Time with family

Hours back every single day, not one day a quarter.

Use your real skills

Do the work you are actually great at and get paid for it.

Freedom of wealth

Lower costs, more capacity, more income. Money solves a lot of problems.

I wish this existed 20 years ago. My life would look entirely different.

That is not nostalgia. It is the point. You can launch anything, at any moment, right now. There is no excuse left for doing it the hard way or the slow way.

A whole business built, connected and live in 24 hours
The haves and the have-nots are about to separate fast. You will either match the speed of this world, out-compete and do what you love — or you get left behind.

We made it easy, because we already built the entire system for you. You bring the vision. It is live in 24 hours.

Why this is personal

This is not just a business. It is a personal passion project.

Every pain you have had in your business, I have had. Every late night, every missed invoice, every person who let me down, every app that promised the world and delivered another dashboard.

I have lived every seat

Hospitality, operations, marketing, web, SEO, retreats, consulting, online programs, coaching. Same chaos in every one of them.

I watched it break my people

My family and friends in the trades. Friends in professional services. Marketers I have worked beside for decades. All drowning in the same disconnection.

It keeps everyone honest

One system, one trail, everything tracked 24 hours a day. Nobody has to take anyone's word for it again.

Freedom is the whole point

Every single person deserves the freedom to build a business and a life they actually want. That is what this is for.

No excuses left

You have a vision. It can be live in 24 hours.

We already built the entire system. Bring the idea, we will have your business running tomorrow.
