Alive24 for small businesses is a one-time system purchase/setup fee, followed by a monthly subscription at the prices shown on our Pricing page. The activation fee includes the complete ready-built business system, the personal handover session and the guided 24-hour launch path.

The subscription is billed weekly or monthly in advance and keeps your system, updates and support active.

That cost is outside our control and is not included in your purchase price.

After purchase you book a free handover call. Our team sets up your complete system and hands it over to you.

The business information you put into the system (your clients, records and content) belongs to you. You may customise your system however you wish while your subscription is active.

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the system itself as a product.

Your website, its hosting, your domain connection and everything that runs on it (lead forms, bookings, chat, SEO pages and blog) are provided as part of an active, paid Alive24 subscription.

Your website is built and run through Alive24 and is not provided as a separate, standalone website or hosting account.

When your subscription ends, website hosting, domain connection and system access stop at the end of your final paid period. Your domain name itself stays yours to point elsewhere.

Give at least 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing period. If less than 30 days remain in your current period, the next period is billed in full as your final period, and everything stays on until it ends.

We do not charge or refund part-periods (no pro-rata). See the Refunds page for an example.

Providing accurate business information during setup, including services, prices and legal or compliance content specific to your industry.

Maintaining your own domain, email, payment and calendar accounts, and any third-party fees they carry.

Complying with the laws and professional obligations that apply to your business and jurisdiction.

Alive24 handles everyday bookkeeping and reporting. It is not an accountant, a tax agent or a substitute for professional financial, legal or medical advice.

Results described in case studies are real but specific to those owners. We do not guarantee particular revenue outcomes.

Setup support is included through your launch. Ongoing questions can be sent to us any time.
